According to Pro Football Talk, Sean McVay delivered a solid message as both the Rams and Bengals have no more practices scheduled. There are a few things a team can do to prepare for the Super Bowl and McVay conveys that thought process clearly.

“Trust your process. Trust yourself and your teammates. Understand that we have a little time until kickoff. It's great to be a little excited about it, but just be in the moment,” Rams head coach Sean McVay.

The Rams head coach has proven to be one of the best in the league. This is already his second Super Bowl appearance and it seems he's just getting started. LA won't be going anywhere soon as long as Sean McVay is leading the way. For that reason, the Rams should be a legitimate contender for years to come.

It'll be interesting to see how Super Bowl 56 plays out. The Rams are viewed as the favorite, as they have a much more complete roster. As for the Bengals, they've hit a hot streak and hope it carries over into the championship game. With everything on the line, it's time for Los Angeles to bring home the Lombardi Trophy.
