The Los Angeles Rams and All-Pro wide receiver Cooper Kupp agreed to a massive contract extension earlier Wednesday. The deal was reportedly worth three years and $80 million. Combined with his existing two years remaining on his current contract, Kupp will be with the Rams for the next five years, earning a total of $110 million.

Shortly after the news broke, Kupp took to social media to share his thoughts.

“Hey Rams nation, this is Cooper Kupp. This is my wife Anna. Really glad to be coming back to Los Angeles and be here in the long haul. This is going to be an incredible ride. Can't wait to get back at it,” Kupp said.

What's funny is the relative lack of energy or excitement in the Rams wideout's message. Then again, that is his personality after all.

It was only a matter of time before the Rams and Kupp came to an agreement. The Rams Pro Bowl wide receiver won the triple crown of receiving last year. He led the NFL in catches, receiving yards and touchdowns with 145 catches, 1,947 yards and 16 touchdowns.

The Rams are looking to run it back and repeat as Super Bowl champions. The last team to do that was the New England Patriots in 2003 and 2004.

Earlier in the week, the Rams made another big move. They re-signed future Hall of Fame defensive tackle Aaron Donald to a contract extension. They also signed six time All-Pro linebacker Bobby Wagner and former Pro Bowl wide receiver Allen Robinson this offseason.

Clearly, the Rams are going all in once again in hunt for the Lombardi Trophy.
