Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay once again showcased his insane football knowledge while addressing reporters about the Chicago Bears defense.

The Rams will head to Chicago this weekend for a showdown with the Bears on Sunday, which could help McVay's squad move one step closer towards securing home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.

But it's safe to say that you won't catch the Rams off guard when it comes to attacking the Bears' talented defense.

That's because McVay has apparently already spent numerous hours researching every single defensive starter, and he unleashed what's learned in a span of two minutes at his weekly press conference.

Of course, his ridiculous work ethic has worked out well for the Rams thus far, as he has them at 11-1 on the season.

McVay has completely transformed the team's offense since taking over a few years ago, with both Jared Goff and Todd Gurley playing outstanding football right now.

Los Angeles has scored at least 30 points in 10 of its 12 games this season, and with McVay's knowledge of the Bears' defense, perhaps they'll hit that mark once again this week.

After the matchup in Chicago, the Rams will finish up the regular season with games against the Philadephia Eagles, Arizona Cardinals, and San Francisco 49ers.
