Excitement is building for the 2022 NFL season following the draft, with about two months until training camps are slated to open for teams. There should be even more hype for the next season after the league revealed the schedule for international games in 2022. The Minnesota Vikings and New Orleans Saints will kick off the action overseas, with four other games also set to be played, including the NFL's first-ever game in Germany.

The first NFL international game of the 2022 season will be played in London on October 2 between the Vikings and Saints. Two more contests will be played in the United Kingdom in October, featuring the New York Giants, Green Bay Packers, Jacksonville Jaguars and Denver Broncos.

The schedule rounds out with a Mexico City contest between the San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals.
The NFL has played 40 international series games, with Germany set to become the next hot spot for league games. The fastest-growing international market for NFL football, Germany is set to host four games over the next four seasons.
