With Rick Dennison refusing to get vaccinated, his interaction with players may be limited. The NFL has put stern rules in place for COVID-19, which has caused an uproar across the league. Many players voiced their displeasure after it was announced that if a COVID-19 outbreak happens within a team, they would have to forfeit that game. Considering the backlash, it appears that a lot of these guys in the NFL haven't got vaccinated, either.

It's also important to note that any Tier 1 coaching staff like Dennison, who was the offensive line coach and run game coordinator, must be vaccinated or else they lose their job, unless a valid medical excuse is made. With that being said, it'll be interesting to see what role Rick Dennison does have with the Vikings now considering these rules.
