The New England Patriots are going to play the NFL's oldest quarterback in a good while when Tim Brady takes a snap against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Some fans are worried that Brady may be way out of his depth now that he is entering his 20th season in the league. However, Julian Edelman thinks otherwise.

The 32-year-old wide receiver talked to the press recently and shared his thoughts about the future Hall Of Famer's condition. Surprisingly, he believes that Brady still has the stuff.

“I mean, he looks like Tom Brady,” New England Patriots wideout Julian Edelman said Friday, per NESN's Zack Cox. “It’s a testament to how hard he works, not only during the season but in the offseason, how he takes care of himself. He looks great. You’d have to ask (offensive coordinator) Josh (McDaniels) more, but catching the ball from him, he looks like Tom Brady. I’m more focused on how I’m going to look, but Tom looks good.”

Vinny Testaverde is one of the most recent old quarterbacks to play in the NFL, suiting up for the Carolina Panthers in 2007 at the ripe age of 44.

However, the biggest difference between Testaverde and Brady is the quality they have played in. The journeyman QB has only been to the Pro Bowl twice and didn't start regularly in his final years.

Meanwhile, Brady started in every game he played in and produced quality numbers. He is a Pro Bowl regular since 2009 and was named in the First-Team All-Pro team at the age of 40.

Regardless if you are a lover or a hater, you cannot deny that Brady defies logic with his insane longevity. Time will tell if this man will ever decline until his retirement. It doesn't seem like it from the looks of things, though.
