Over the course of the last two decades, the New England Patriots have arguably encountered more success than any other team in the world — let alone the NFL. However, there is at least one other NFL franchise that has managed to keep up with the heralded Patriots on an individual level — well, sort of.

Between 2000 and 2015, both the Patriots and Carolina Panthers each selected 10 eventual All-Pros across those 15 NFL Drafts. This figure notably marks the most in the entire NFL over that span while the Patriots being atop this list hardly comes as a surprise with the Panthers joining the party as a bit of a surprise.

“We’ll file this under ‘obvious,' but teams were far more likely to find a future All Pro in the first round than the other six rounds combined,” reads an article from Lindsay Jones of The Athletic. “The first round yielded 90 players to earn that honor. Two teams found more All Pros than any other — the Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots, who each drafted 10.”

Of course, the Patriots and Panthers remain lightyears apart in terms of postseason success. While the Panthers have been to a pair of Super Bowls, the NFC South franchise has yet to capture a title of their own. In fact, the Patriots, who have won six Super Bowls in all, previously defeated the Panthers in the Super Bowl back in 2003-2004.

It is also worth noting that the Patriots have won two of the last three and three of the last five Super Bowls heading into the 2019 campaign.
