New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has lots of knowledge to pass on, but Rob Gronkowski is most interested in dieting tips. Brady's strict diet is credited with helping him achieve longevity in the NFL. It mostly consists of plants, and cuts out alcohol, sweets, caffeine and even some fruits. Gronk says he's “crazy” about his new diet.
“I'm not super, super crazy, but I'm pretty crazy about [his diet],” Gronkowski told Business Insider. “I like to go with mostly plant-based diet. I'd say about 75% and then the other 25%, just keeping it clean but eating whatever. Always making sure I get my fruits and veggies in every day.”
It's crazy to think that Rob Gronkowski, being the massive man he is, depends on mostly veggies for his nutrition. It appears to be working just fine, as he's still big as ever. Gronk has used his new diet to try a few new things. His exploration has given him some pleasant surprises so far.

Maybe this diet will help fuel the Patriots for their third consecutive win this week. They will face their toughest opponent yet, the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs are 5-0, while the Patriots sit at 3-2 after last week's victory over the Indianapolis Colts. There's no evidence that Josh Gordon has also changed his diet, but he's more impressive every week. This Sunday's matchup will be a challenging one for the Patriots.
