Throughout his illustrious career, New England Patriots star quarterback Tom Brady has had a tremendous amount of success with the franchise over nearly the last two decades.

The Patriots' 38-24 win over the Indianapolis Colts On Thursday night elevated him to a tie with former longtime kicker Adam Vinatieri for all-time wins in franchise history, according to Michael David Smith of Pro Football Talk.

When the Patriots beat the Colts on Thursday night, it represented the 226th time that Tom Brady has played in a game his team won. Only one player has done that before.

That player was Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri, who was also on the field last night and also has been on the winning team in 226 games in his career.

Despite entering the back end of his career, Brady hasn't shown any decline in his play that helped him continue to put his team in the position to win. He is still playing some of the best football of his career that has been a primary reason for the Patriots continuing to stay atop of the league as one of the most successful franchise.

New England has had a bit of a rough start out of the gate to the 2018 season, but Brady put forth a strong performance on Thursday night against the Colts throwing for 341 yards on 34 of 44 completed passes with three touchdowns that saw him become just the third player in league history to notch 500 career touchdowns. He may have thrown a pair of interceptions in the contest, but the control of the game was never truly in doubt behind his steady play under center.

Brady should be set that all-time franchise mark for being apart of the most wins in the next couple of weeks, which will add yet another accolade to his sure-fire Hall of Fame career.
