Earlier this week, the Las Vegas Raiders hired former New England Patriots offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels as their new head coach. Apparently, McDaniels will not be the only headed headed to Sin City from Boston.

According to NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport, the Raiders are going to hire Bo Hardegree as their new quarterbacks coach. Hardegree was formerly the quality control/quarterbacks coach last season in New England.

Previously, Hardegree alternated as offensive assistant and quarterbacks coach with the Chicago Bears, Miami Dolphins and New York Jets.

His first job in the NFL was as the offensive quality control coach for the Denver Broncos in 2014.

Belichick has been having his assistant coaches poached for years on end. The long list includes Joe Judge, Brian Flores, Josh McDaniels, Matt Patricia, Bill O'Brien, Romeo Crennel, Eric Mangini and Nick Saban.

New England appears to have a very busy offseason on their hands. They are obviously going to have to replace a number of assistants to work for Belichick. But even the list of players that could be leaving is extensive.

The Patriots defense was the strength of the team last year. But now they stand to lose some serious talent. Free safety Devin McCourty, inside linebacker Dont'a Hightower, cornerback J.C. Jackson, and outside linebacker Jamie Collins are all unrestricted free agents.

On offense, the line has been a strength for years. That might be an issue as both center Ted Karras and right tackle Trenton Brown are also unrestricted free agents.

It's safe to say, next year's New England Patriots team might look vastly different, on and off the sidelines.
