Drew Brees announced earlier this offseason that he will be playing in 2020, but he is not currently under contract, which leaves the door open for Brees to explore his options in free agency later this month.
However, it doesn't seem like Brees has any desire to leave the New Orleans Saints.
When asked on WEEI's The Greg Hill Show about his upcoming free agency, Brees said the following:
“Listen, I have no intention of going anywhere,” said Brees. “I don’t care what the offer would be or what the situation might be, I am Who Dat Nation for life.”
Brees has been a member of the Saints since 2006, when he signed with New Orleans after spending the first five seasons of his NFL career with the San Diego Chargers.
He was showing significant signs of promise over his final couple of seasons with the Chargers. But San Diego brought in Philip Rivers in 2004, eventually spelling the end of Brees' relatively brief tenure with the club.

He has made 12 Pro Bowl appearances in New Orleans and has led the NFL in passing yards seven times and completion percentage six times since joining the team.
This past season, Brees was limited to just 11 games due to a thumb injury, but when he was on the field, he was terrific, throwing for 2,979 yards, 27 touchdowns and four interceptions while completing 74.3 percent of his passes and posting a passer rating of 116.3.
Brees turned 41 years old in January.
