With the Pittsburgh Steelers declining to franchise tag Le'Veon Bell, it's official that when next season starts he will have a new team.

He is one of the best running backs in the NFL but is also going to be requesting to get paid in a big way. According to CBS Sports Insider, Jason La Canfora Bell is looking for a $5o million in his first two years of his contract.

Even at that price tag, there is no question that he is going to be sought after. So what teams should be all in this offseason at acquiring his services?

5. Philadelphia Eagles

The Philadelphia Eagles make a lot of sense in terms of needs, but cap wise it doesn't make a ton of sense and will be hard to get done. The Eagles weakness the last few years has been finding a running back who can have success week in, week out and Le'Veon Bell would take care of that issue. Jay Ajayi is expected to hit NFL free agency, and there is a need at running back.

The big question for the Eagles is do they want to wrap up this much money in Bell. They are going to have to pay Carson Wentz soon and wrapping up that much money in a quarterback, and a running back can be risky.

4. Baltimore Ravens

A team that might not have a ton of interest but makes a lot of sense is the Baltimore Ravens.

With Lamar Jackson under center, the Ravens are a run first time and what better way to improve the running game by signing the best available running back.

3. Indianapolis Colts

The Indianapolis Colts have a good running back already in Marlon Mack, but Bell would still be an upgrade.

The biggest reason the Colts make the most sense is because of how much cap space they have. The Colts are going into the offseason with well over $100 million in cap space, and they need to spend it somewhere. Why not sign one of the best running backs in the league?

1B. Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills can't offer Bell a lot of wins right away but they can offer him a lot of money, and that appears to be what Bell is looking for.

The Bills do have Josh Allen though, and that can be intriguing for Bell because this team is heading in the right direction.

The Bills are also probably moving on from LeSean McCoy, so it makes a lot of sense that the team signs him to the contract.

1A. New York Jets

The New York Jets Jets make a little more sense than the Bills because they seem to be just a little closer to winning, which is probably more favorable to Le'Veon Bell.

The Jets have Sam Darnold and are heading in the right direction. Bell is also a big personality and playing in the Big Apple makes a lot of sense for him.

There have been some rumors that the front office has some concerns about Bell but don't let that fool you. I think they will make a big push to get Bell on their side.
