The drama surrounding Antonio Brown continues to churn, even with the superstar wide receiver currently a free agent. After being released by the New England Patriots, Brown seemed to indicate that he was done with the NFL. However, another tweet by the wide receiver hints that he might not be moving on after all.

Earlier Thursday morning, Brown took to social media to share a brief tweet. The message simply read “I’m still the best why stop now,” which seems to hint that he doesn’t seem ready to retire after all. Of course, Brown catching on with another NFL team is still up in the air, especially as the NFL continues to investigate him regarding claims of sexual assault and rape.

After catching on with the Patriots after his release from the Raiders, Brown found himself in hot water again, as text messages from Brown to another woman who accused him of misconduct surfaced. Following that, the Patriots swiftly released Brown, who took to Twitter to claim that he was done with the NFL while also taking shots at both Robert Kraft and Ben Roethlisberger in since deleted tweets.

While Brown waits for the NFL to continue its investigation, there are multiple NFL teams who reportedly would have interest in him. Of course, that all depends on what the NFL finds, and what, if any, consequences Brown would have to face. In the meantime, we’re left to wonder if Brown seriously wants to be done with the NFL, or if he’s just waiting for another chance.
