Free-agent wide receiver Antonio Brown is being sued $15,000 for property damage at a South Florida condo, and during Brown's deposition late last month, he was apparently “non-compliant” and will have to come back for another deposition as a result, according to ESPN.
The lawyers for the condo owner said Brown was “belligerent” and “pugnacious” and asked that the wideout be fined for his “tumultuous tirades, defiant rants, use of profane language and refusal to comport himself in a civilized and grown-up manner.”
A police report filed in April 2018 says that Brown began throwing things off the balcony of the 14th-floor unit after he had apparently become aggravated over an alleged theft of $80,000 and a gun at the condo.
Brown has filed a countersuit, claiming that the condo owners did not provide strong enough security, which resulted in the theft.

Brown's lawyers have not yet responded to a request for comment.
The seven-time Pro Bowler was supposed to play the 2019 NFL campaign with the Oakland Raiders, but a series of events ultimately led to the Raiders releasing Brown just before the season started.
Brown then signed with the New England Patriots, but rape allegations and Brown sending threatening messages to another woman who accused him of sexual misconduct resulted in the Patriots cutting ties with him.
