The court case between Antonio Brown and his accuser hasn't made much progress, but a change has occurred in the case. After originally filing the lawsuit in federal court, Brown's accuser is refiling the lawsuit in a Florida state court.
Nearly a month ago, Brittany Taylor, Brown's accuser, filed a lawsuit that Brown sexually assaulted her on three different occasions from 2017-2018. The troubled wide receiver has denied the allegations.
When the lawsuit was presented to the federal court, the NFL immediately began doing its own investigation as well. Just a few weeks ago, the NFL met with Taylor to discuss the details she could provide pertaining to the court case.

Along with the refiling of the lawsuit, the accuser has added additional text messages that weren't yet seen in court. The accuser's representatives are also contending that Brown made multiple untrue statements in public, saying that the relationship between both parties was a consensual sexual relationship.
Considering that Brown is no longer on an NFL roster, the NFL is in no hurry to reach a conclusion in this case. What is most important is that the truth comes out. With the case being refiled, this case doesn't appear to be anywhere close to reaching a final verdict.
