Joe Flacco is looking to help raise his little brother's draft stock. Flacco posted “virtual pro day” highlights of his younger brother Tom Flacco, who is a quarterback at Towson University in Maryland.

Tom's full highlight tape can be seen below:

Joe Flacco previously commented on his younger brother's mental makeup and confidence. For his part, Tom said he is only concerned with making an NFL roster (via Jamison Hensley of ESPN):

“People ask me what I will do next if I don't make it,” Tom said. “I'm not thinking about if it doesn't work out. I am focused on one thing and one thing only, [and] that's making it in the NFL. I'm too young and this is something that I've wanted my whole life, so I'm going to put everything into it.”

Baltimore Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta said he would not be surprised if Tom is drafted in one of the later rounds. The younger Flacco had a year at Towson, throwing for 2,831 yards and 22 touchdowns against just six interceptions. He also averaged 8.0 yards gained per attempt, according to STATS.

While Tom is hoping to get drafted into the NFL, Joe is fighting for his NFL life. The Denver Broncos released Joe Flacco after just one year.

The 35-year-old has not indicated he has any plans to retire, though it might be reasonable to suggest things are heading down that path. Joe Flacco has missed 15 games between the last two seasons, and he does not appear to have a strong case as a starter or perhaps even a second-string quarterback on any given roster.

That said, Joe Flacco is doing everything in his power to support his younger brother as Tom readies for his NFL journey.
