Fantasy Football is quickly approaching us. We are now in August, and most people are anxiously awaiting their fantasy drafts later this month. With preseason football starting in under a week now, we will start look at the top ten players in each position group we think will be your best bet to draft.
We have gathered a group of fantasy guru's to help make your picks. First, we will start with quarterbacks. Everyone needs a reliable QB, and if you have any of these guys, you should be in great shape. Let's start off at number 10:
10: Eli Manning

Kyle Levier: Paxton Lynch
Ashten Martin: Drew Brees
Christian Carrano: Eli Manning
Logan Bowes: Eli Manning
Mark Wemken: Philip Rivers
Dillon Mattox: Andy Dalton
Sean Reece: Andrew Luck
The Consensus Pick: Eli Manning. Eli Manning is a hit or miss guy on any given Sunday. One Sunday he may give you upwards of 50 fantasy points. The next week you may be looking at single digits. Eli finished right where we have him this year on most fantasy rankings last year, averaging a weekly point total of 20.4. If you are feeling risky, take Tyrod Taylor or Paxton Lynch.
9: Blake Bortles

Kyle Levier: Blake Bortles
Ashten Martin: Derek Carr
Christian Carrano: Blake Bortles
Logan Bowes: Blake Bortles
Mark Wemken: Eli Manning
Dillon Mattox: Eli Manning
Sean Reece: Philip Rivers
The Consensus Pick: Blake Bortles. Bortles kind of broke onto the scene last year for the NFL, and especially in fantasy. The two-year pro made great strides in his game, making a name for himself along with stellar targets Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns. Bortles ranked in at number four on most fantasy platforms last year, so we do have him a bit lower this year. This is mostly due to possible setbacks and defenses figuring him out. If he continues to average 22.1 fantasy points a game, you definitely can not go wrong with Bortles. Do not be surprised if he is one of the first 5 quarterbacks taken this year.
8: Derek Carr

Kyle Levier: Matt Ryan
Ashten Martin: Philip Rivers
Christian Carrano: Drew Brees
Logan Bowes: Derek Carr
Mark Wemken: Carson Palmer
Dillon Mattox: Derek Carr
Sean Reece: Tom Brady
The Consensus Pick: Derek Carr. Derek Carr is another sophomore quarterback who leapt into the spotlight last year. Carr finished very strong last season, upping his fantasy stock coming into 2016. Averaging 19 fantasy points per game, Carr will likely be even better entering his third year, earning him one of the best fantasy QB spots in the NFL.
7: Drew Brees

Kyle Levier: Ben Roethlisberger
Ashten Martin: Andrew Luck
Christian Carrano: Derek Carr
Logan Bowes: Drew Brees
Mark Wemken: Drew Brees
Dillon Mattox: Drew Brees
Sean Reece: Ben Roethlisberger
The Consensus Pick: Drew Brees. Brees continues to shoot down the haters every single season. Many experts always say “this is the year that Brees will finally fall off”. But he has yet to do so. Brees ranked in a number 5 in most fantasy board last season. Brees also missed one game early in the season. Despite that, Brees still averaged 22 fantasy points and finished in the top 5 again. If Brees can stay clear of injuries, he will easily reach the top 5 again this season.
6: Tom Brady

Kyle Levier: Tom Brady
Ashten Martin: Russell Wilson
Christian Carrano: Andrew Luck
Logan Bowes: Carson Palmer
Mark Wemken: Russell Wilson
Dillon Mattox: Ben Roethlisberger
Sean Reece: Derek Carr
The Consensus Pick: Tom Brady. Tom Brady will be suspended for the first four games this year. The suspension was actually handed down last year, but Brady appealed. Unfortunately, fantasy owners who want to draft Brady will have to wait a few weeks before they can get points out of him. Brady finished second on most draft board last year. Most people believe Brady will come out firing on all cylinders after his suspension. Even if he does, we doubt he cracks the top five of fantasy quarterbacks for points this year, given that he'll only have 12 games while others will get the full 16. High risk, but very high reward player.
5: Russell Wilson

Kyle Levier: Russell Wilson
Ashten Martin: Tom Brady
Christian Carrano: Russell Wilson
Logan Bowes: Ben Roethlisberger
Mark Wemken: Tom Brady
Dillon Mattox: Andrew Luck
Sean Reece: Blake Bortles
The Consensus Pick: Russell Wilson. After a rocky start to his 2015 campaign, Russell Wilson turned up his play and is highly touted coming into 2016. Out of the final seven games of the season, Wilson had 28 or more fantasy points five times. That great run vaulted him into the top five and landed him at number three in most fantasy football rankings. If Wilson can get off to a better start this season, do not be surprised if he lands in the top two this year.
4: Ben Roethlisberger

Kyle Levier: Derek Carr
Ashten Martin: Ben Roethlisberger
Christian Carrano: Ben Roethlisberger
Logan Bowes: Russell Wilson
Mark Wemken: Cam Newton
Dillon Mattox: Carson Palmer
Sean Reece: Drew Brees
The Consensus Pick: Ben Roethlisberger. Big Ben had some injury issues last year, preventing him from finishing anywhere near the top in QB fantasy points. Even though he missed four weeks, Ben still finished as the twentieth best quarterback in fantasy. Roethlisberger finished strong, putting up 25 points or more four of the last six weeks. Having Antonio Brown makes any quarterback throwing him the ball lethal. We expect Big Ben to have a big year.
3: Andrew Luck

Kyle Levier: Andrew Luck
Ashten Martin: Carson Palmer
Christian Carrano: Carson Palmer
Logan Bowes: Andrew Luck
Mark Wemken: Ben Roethlisberger
Dillon Mattox: Russell Wilson
Sean Reece: Aaron Rodgers
The Consensus Pick: Andrew Luck. This was really a toss-up between Andrew Luck and Carson Palmer. We know that both of the quarterbacks have a great history in fantasy. We decided to go with Luck just because we he is healthy he can be better than Palmer. Although Palmer was the fifth best quarterback last year, we think that Luck can be better when he is healthy. Luck did miss a big chunk of last year with injury problems. But, if he can get that fixed, he will easily be a top five fantasy quarterback once again.
2: Aaron Rodgers

Kyle Levier: Aaron Rodgers
Ashten Martin: Aaron Rodgers
Christian Carrano: Aaron Rodgers
Logan Bowes: Aaron Rodgers
Mark Wemken: Andrew Luck
Dillon Mattox: Aaron Rodgers
Sean Reece: Russell Wilson
The Consensus Pick: Aaron Rodgers. It was really a no-brainier picking Rodgers here. Aaron has continued to prove year in and year out he is that one of the best QBs in fantasy and in football in general. Although Rodgers did have a dip in stats last year, most of that can be pointed to his best target, Jordy Nelson, missing the entire season. If you have Rodgers as your QB, you will likely be fielding a playoff team.
1: Cam Newton
Kyle Levier: Cam Newton
Ashten Martin: Cam Newton
Christian Carrano: Cam Newton
Logan Bowes: Cam Newton
Mark Wemken: Aaron Rodgers
Dillon Mattox: Cam Newton
Sean Reece: Cam Newton
The Consensus Pick: Cam Newton. Newton was the best fantasy quarterback last year and we all agree he can still be that this year. After racking up a career-high number of touchdowns, Cam came in as the top QB in most fantasy leagues. Having the best average of 26.2 points per game, Cam will likely be the first QB taken off the board this year. To make his case even stronger, he is getting his number one WR back in Kelvin Benjamin. Don's be surprised if Cam has even more success through the air and on the ground this year.
