In the aftermath of the Week 9 loss to the New England Patriots, the Indianapolis Colts decided to part ways with long-time head coach Frank Reich on Monday. Though his tenure in Indy ended with mixed results, Reich immediately becomes a hot name on the coaching market, possibly as an offensive coordinator. Rumors about where his next landing spot will be started almost immediately, and one team's name pops up often through the fray: the Pittsburgh Steelers. According to Matt Lombardo of Heavy Sports, it would be wise for teams with young quarterbacks to consider the move:

The Steelers could certainly use the help, too. Per Pro Football Reference, the Steelers' offense ranks second-worst in team scoring and fourth-worst in total yards. First-round pick Kenny Pickett would benefit from learning under the tutelage of Reich, who has previously coached Andrew Luck as an assistant in Indianapolis from 2008 to 2010, and Carson Wentz during his tenure as the Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator from 2016 to 2017. Others chimed in on Twitter to agree with the notion of a Reich-Steelers union.
