The Pittsburgh Steelers are the midst of a dragged out situation with star running back Le'Veon Bell still currently holding out from the team despite the season opener being just a few days away.

This has led to several of the offensive linemen on the roster to voice their frustrations concerning the matter that has now pushed Bell out of the lineup for Week 1 action against the Cleveland Browns. In response to all that backlash, Bell took to Instagram to voice his reaction to his teammates' comments.

The 26-year-old clearly did not expect for a couple of his teammates to voice their disdain with the situation publicly. It was something that there was no precursor other than those type of questions concerning Bell's future being constantly being asked to his teammates while he is still away from the team. This likely hit a boiling point, especially with their being the notion that he was expected to make his return to the practice field on Wednesday and did not do so.

Much of this lies with the fact that the Steelers are counting on him being a major piece to the puzzle for the offense. His performance on the field plays a significant part in the team's long-term success as he has developed into arguably the best running back in the league that is a major factor as both a runner and receiver out of the backfield.

There are many feelings of frustration and disappointment stemming from several of his teammates, but the deeper message is that the Steelers want him back on the field helping the franchise contend a Super Bowl this season. It is all on his shoulders to decide when he will be a part of that effort in the 2018 campaign as Pittsburgh is waiting to have their star talent back in the mix.
