The Seattle Seahawks are coming off one of their more disappointing seasons in recent memory. They finished 7-10 and in last place of the NFC West. Not only did the team struggle, but so did their former All-Pro wide receiver, D.K. Metcalf. Metcalf failed to reach 1,000 yards receiving in 2021 after surpassing 1,300 yards the year prior.
The Seahawks receiver sat down with Taylor Rooks and ranked his personal top five wide receivers in the NFL.

Metcalf acknowledges that he grew up watching Julio Jones and loves his game. So, he said that he will always have Jones as his number one. At that point, it's hard to take his list seriously.
Julio Jones is a sure fire future Hall of Fame receiver, but his best years are clearly behind him. He isn't even the best receiver on his team. Seattle's receiver's next pick is more on point, choosing Davante Adams. The Green Bay Packers All-Pro wideout had another stellar year. But then Metcalf goes a bit off the rails again, choosing Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown. Brown is really, really good. But is he the third (or second if you take Julio out) best receiver in the league, not a chance.

Metcalf finished out his list with credible choices in Justin Jefferson and Cooper Kupp.
Metcalf looks to rebound in 2022. It was reported that the Seahawks receiver is recovering from offseason foot surgery. He is expected to make a full recovery and be ready for the start of training camp.
