After the Tampa Bay Buccaneers opened up their mandatory minicamp on Tuesday, Tom Brady sent a rather stern message to everyone on the team: it's time to get to work.

The Buccaneers, as expected with Brady leading the way, have Super Bowl aspirations. And sure enough, the legendary quarterback made sure that they are united in that goal right from the start.

On Instagram, Brady posted a story and urged his team to “get it done” without any excuses. Simply put, they must win the championship and anything that falls short won't be accepted.

Now that's the mentality the Buccaneers really need. After their failure to defend their Super Bowl title last campaign, Tom Brady is naturally hungry for victory. It is the reason why he came out of retirement anyway.

Of course that is a job easier said than done. A lot other teams in the NFL have retooled and improved their rosters, with the Los Angeles Rams even retaining their core players as Aaron Donald returns while Cooper Kupp nears a new extension with the team.

The 2022 campaign poses a different challenge for the Buccaneers, and for Brady and co. to reach the postseason again and compete for the Super Bowl, they need to go all-out right from the start.
