Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston must have heard head coach Dirk Koetter's recent talk about the losing culture the franchise is overcoming. Not because the young gunslinger is having himself a great Sunday, but due to the fact he gave one of the weirdest speeches in the history of humans uttering words.
First, let's take a gander at the speech:

That sure is … something. I don't know what thing. But a thing, for sure.
My favorite part of that video is the rest of the team being equally as confused as I am.
Anyway, earlier in the week, Koetter spoke on changing a culture he already thought he changed.
A caller to the JoeBucsFan radio show addressed the team's issues. He asked Koetter whether or not the culture of losing that was alluded to last season still lingers. Koetter replied that he thought that the team kicked it last season, but there remains some concerns.
“Here we are on this losing streak,” Koetter said. “And, you know, I don’t want to believe it’s culture; I really don’t. And I’m around these guys every day. But at the same time we have lost four in a row; you can’t hide from that. I want to believe that’s not what the reason is because we’ve worked very hard to overcome that.”
Maybe the speech by Jameis Winston changes that? I mean, it probably doesn't. Nevertheless, it is still gold and should result in some good comedy on the mean streets of social media. Memes are born out of less hilarity.
