Nikola Jokic is scheduled to play for the Denver Nuggets as they take on the Miami Heat on Monday night. The last time that both of these teams matched up, Jokic pushed Markieff Morris from behind after Morris committed a dirty foul on Jokic. Morris will not play on Monday for the Heat.
Unfortunately for NBA fans, they will not be able to see the chaos that would have happened with both Jokic and Morris on the court. Nikola Jokics' brothers are expected to be in Miami to watch the Nuggets take on the Heat. They put out a tweet saying that they shouldn't mess with his brother and that they're messing with the wrong family, directed towards Morris.
Is it going to be an interesting game. The last time these two teams matched up, Denver walked away with an easy victory 113-96. In that game, Jokic did his usual thing as he finished with 25 points, 15 rebounds, and 10 assists. The Nuggets are going to look to do the same exact thing that they did last time and walk away with a victory to help them improve to .500 once again.
Denver has gotten some unfortunate news recently as they found out on Monday that their young star Michael Porter Jr is having potential season-ending back surgery. Jamal Murray has still not played after tearing his ACL last season. There are some questions revolving around this Nuggets team. It's going to be interesting to see what Jokic can do by himself.
