The Denver Nuggets will get forward Wilson Chandler back today after he missed Monday's game against the Boston Celtics with a migraine, according to BSN's Harrison Wind.

The starting forward exited the game against the Dallas Mavericks over the weekend within nine minutes of playing time, but had averaged 32.8 minutes per game through his last five outings as part of Mike Malone's frontcourt unit.

The Nuggets had run into a nice groove with three straight wins prior to yesterday's loss to the Celtics, though Chandler's role with the team has certainly diminished, as he's averaging single digits scoring for the first time since his rookie season.

Chandler's 9.1 points, 5.2 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per game are enough to keep him starting over others at the position, due to his ability to shoot from outside and defend on the perimeter, but it has done little to help boost Denver to where they hoped to be by this point of the season.

The Nuggets are 26-24 on the season and hanging by a thread into the Western Conference playoff picture, only a half game over the revamped L.A. Clippers in what's shaping up to be a four-horse race for the last three spots.

Chandler should find his offensive groove eventually, but with a heavy dose of Gary Harris, Jamal Murray, and Nikola Jokic — it could be tough to find shots for an aging wing like him.

The Nuggets will have a nightmare stretch this week, as they face the San Antonio Spurs tonight, the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday, and the Golden State Warriors on Saturday, capping off a torrid week against four of the top eight teams in the league.
