If you had any doubts about how good Nikola Jokic's passing is, then this should settle it.

The Joker's incredible vision and passing ability was in full display again on Thursday as the Denver Nuggets began their second-round series against the Los Angeles Clippers. In the seven-minute mark of the opening quarter, Jokic was on the block and was doubled by both Paul George and Ivica Zubac. In an effort to evade the double team, the 7-footer tried to dribble his way to the baseline and threw a nearly-impossible one-handed pass to Jamal Murray who was ready for a wide-open three.

Unfortunately for the Nuggets, highlights were few and far between as they seemingly lost the game as early as the second quarter. The Clippers eventually crushed the Nuggets 120-97 and took an early 1-0 lead in their best-of-7 series.

Fatigue seemed to get the best of Denver as they tried their best to match-up with the very physical Clipper squad. Though plays like this from Jokic helped the Nuggets keep things close, they eventually ran out of steam before the first half even ended. LA was up by 18 at the half and never lost control of the game from then on.

Jokic, who has averaged seven assists per game all-season long, was only limited to three on Thursday's Game 1 and added only three rebounds to go alongside his team-high of 15 points. The Nuggets would clearly need to forget about this game quickly as they try to bounce back and even out the series on Saturday.
