The news of the sports world has been all about the shocking withdrawal of Team USA star gymnast Simone Biles, who stepped away mid-competition and proceeded to watch her team walk away with a medal at the Tokyo Olympics. It was a tough situation for everybody involved, and support and reactions have come pouring out in the favor of Biles. It wasn't an easy situation to deal with, especially for her teammates.
Among them is teammate Jordan Chiles, who gave an emotional response to the stunning turn of events and commended Biles for sticking around and watching the remainder of the competition.

Team USA ended up taking home the silver, and that was after Biles withdrew from the event. Jordan Chiles was the one who stepped up to replace her and did so in fantastic fashion as Team USA walked away with the medal at the Tokyo Olympics.

The bottom line is that Biles can get the support that she needs and hopefully make a return sooner rather than later. So far, the outpouring has been overwhelming as athletes and competitors take to social media to speak about Biles.
After all, she is one of the GOATs in gymnastics and truly a delight to watch compete day in and day out.
