Sunday's 30-16 win over the Philadelphia Eagles was the Green Bay Packers' fourth victory in their past five games. It's safe to say that they have hit their stride at this point in the season. For his part, Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers believes there has been one key factor that has led to his team's success thus far.

According to Rodgers, it's all about the team finding a certain level of comfort in head coach Matt LeFleur's offensive system:

“I think it’s a comfort for everybody in the offense,” Rodgers said, via PackersNews.com (h/t Curtis Crabtree of NBC Sports). “Simplicity, even. And then guys making steps, growing up and taking that next step into their development.”

Last season was LeFleur's first year with the Packers, and the team did not exactly adapt to his unique approach to the game instantly. It took some time, but when they finally figured it out, Green Bay was able to take their level of play to another level.

Rodgers went on to express how being able to adapt has been a vital step in the Packers' road towards a much better campaign this time around:

“So I think, you know, in general — and I’ve talked about this a lot of Wednesdays, and I’ll continue to — I really feel like that we did make some things a little simpler this year, and everybody’s in their second year at the same time so it becomes more simple because it’s more readily on your mind. It’s easier to put a picture to a thought, to a play, and I think that’s helped all of us kind of play a little bit faster this year,” Rodgers said.

The Packers will be back in action on Sunday, as they face off against the Detroit Lions. Green Bay currently stands at 9-3 on the season, and are sitting comfortably atop the NFC North.
