This offseason for the Green Bay Packers hasn't been filled with talk about coach Matt LaFleur but rather about what happened before with Aaron Rodgers and Mike McCarthy.

Tyler Dunne of Bleacher Report released a report recently about all the things that have gone wrong for the Packers, especially the last few years, but that isn't something LaFleur is worried about because he can't control it, rather just focus on everything that happens while he is in charge.

“Honestly, I haven’t put a whole lot of thought into that,” LaFleur said, via Albert Breer of SI.com. “I wasn’t here, so I don’t know what happened. And quite frankly, I don’t really care what happened. All I care about is how we move forward as a football team. All I care about is the partnership that we’re forming, how that goes, and our communication. That’s all I really care about.”

LaFleur seems to be approaching this right way, but he also has to know how important that he learns from what is said in that article and makes sure he and Rodgers can have a better relationship.

McCarthy was outed from Green Bay because of his inability to see eye to eye with Rodgers and even though upper management is saying that LaFleur is in charge, if he can't see eye to eye with Rodgers his run in title town might be short.

The hope is that the two guys will see eye to eye and have a lot of success together and maybe bring another championship to Green Bay.
