The ongoing feud between Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers front office finally seems to be coming to a compromise in which the superstar quarterback is getting his way. One of his requests that is coming to fruition, the Packers bringing back Randall Cobb.

Cobb was with the Packers for 8 seasons and he and Rodgers became good friends as they established quite the connection on the field. After Green Bay opted not to resign Cobb following the 2018 season, he spent 2019 with the Cowboys and 2020 with the Texans. Now, he's headed back to where it all began and he's reacted to the news himself.

It seems a bit random that this was on of the things Rodgers more or less demanded from the Packers front office but perhaps he is convinced Green Bay can win it all this year and wanted Cobb back for the ride.

The wide receiver room will now be even more crowded for the Packers with one great option in Davante Adams and a bunch of good ones like Marquez Valdes-Scantling, Devin Funchess, Allen Lazard, rookie Amari Rodgers and now, Cobb.

Green Bay will try to finally get over the hump after losing back-to-back NFC Championships. How big Cobb's role within the offense will be is up for debate but if it makes Rodgers happy just having him back, it certainly won't hurt anything.

The connection between No. 12 and No. 18 is back and now the Packers will look ahead to training camp and the preseason with the regular season right around the bend.
