Unfortunately, the fat lady has all but sung for future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers against the San Francisco 49ers. However, thanks to a huge catch downfield from Packers No. 1 wide receiver Davante Adams, Green Bay still has at least a glimmer of hope as the 49ers currently lead the heralded NFC North franchise by the score of 34-20 midway through the fourth quarter.

Shortly after Rodgers and Adams connected for this 65-yard pitch and catch, the Packers punched it into the end zone to make it a game in the Bay Area.

Even though Rodgers and Adams put on a little bit of a show in the second half against the 49ers, San Francisco and its consistent rushing attack was simply too much for the Packers to handle over the course of the first half. The Packers notably trailed the 49ers by the score of 27-0 at halftime before ultimately making it somewhat of a game late.
