Green Bay Packers star wide receiver Davante Adams suffered an ankle injury against the Jacksonville Jaguars and was questionable to return, but he returned to the game and made a big impact by scoring a go-ahead touchdown.

Adams originally went to the blue medical tent to get checked out for his ankle injury. He then put his helmet back on and returned to the game before Aaron Rodgers threw an interception on the ensuing drive.

Following the turnover, Adams was sidelined again and designated as questionable to return. However, Adams returned once again and looked as healthy as ever on a ridiculous TD catch:

Earlier this season, Adams dealt with another injury that caused him to miss two games for Green Bay. Despite missing those two games, Adams has been one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, giving Aaron Rodgers a security blanket through the air.

Coming into Sunday's game, Adams had a whopping 53 receptions for 675 yards and eight touchdowns in only six games. With his touchdown reception against the Jaguars, Adams now leads the NFL with nine receiving touchdowns.

With Allen Lazard not back from injured reserve, the Packers don't have much firepower at the wide receiver position outside of Adams. Therefore, if he were to miss time, Green Bay would rely on a group of unproven wideouts in the passing game.

Luckily for them, Adams' ankle ailment doesn't seem to be serious enough to keep him sidelined. The Packers moved to 7-2 with a hard-fought 24-20 win.
