Rashan Gary was drafted with the No. 12 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Green Bay Packers. It was a move that was met with a ton of different reactions from fans. Some loved it due to the potential and physical ability that Gary possesses, while others thought that he would end up being a bust.

While he was drafted high in the NFL Draft, the Packers are taking things slow with Gary. They have two great veterans ahead of him in Preston and Za'Darius Smith and are not going to rush the rookie pass rusher onto the field.

With that being said, Gary played just six snaps in the Packers' season opener against the Bears. Jack Wepfer of Packers Wire took the time to compile all six of Gary's snaps into a video for the fans to see.

Take a look at the video for yourself and see what the Packers' rookie was able to accomplish.

Gary didn't make a huge impact, but he did show a flash of pass rushing potential. He was able to get to Mitchell Trubisky once in the game and looked comfortable in limited action.

Matt LaFleur and Mike Pettine have to feel very good about the defense after holding the Bears to just three points. Gary wasn't a huge part of the game plan, but his role should grow as the season progresses. Simply having him behind the two Smith's is a huge part of the Packers' defensive depth.

The future is extremely bright for Green Bay on the defensive side of the football. Gary may not end up being a starter as a rookie, but he has big-time potential moving forward.
