As the ongoing drama between the Green Bay Packers and Aaron Rodgers continues on, it has left many to wonder what the team will look like if No. 12 is sent elsewhere. Jordan Love has taken zero snaps at quarterback in the NFL but there's a reason the Packers drafted him in round one. Regardless of who starts at QB1 for Green Bay in 2021, the Packers will make the postseason.

Start with the roster. Davante Adams is arguably the best wide receiver in football. While he voiced support of Aaron Rodgers recently and said he has his back, Adams barring something completely crazy, will be in the green and gold in 2021.

David Bakhtiari is the best tackle in football in the mind of many. Jaire Alexander is a top-3 cornerback at worst, Aaron Jones is an incredibly dynamic running back who resigned this offseason and there are plenty of others to sprinkle into the mix like Za'Darius Smith, Kenny Clark, Robert Tonyan, Adrian Amos and so on.

This roster in Green Bay is built to win right now and they have sound structure at almost every key position.

Next, look at the division.

The Detroit Lions traded Matthew Stafford for Jared Goff and picks. Goff isn't an upgrade, the Lions are clearly trying to reshuffle and rebuild things. They are not expected to be legitimate contenders in 2021. The Chicago Bears drafted Justin Fields in round one and hope that he is the future of the franchise. But it's relatively unlikely given the Bears supporting cast that Fields would light the league on fire even if he does start from the get go. The Vikings are the team to watch outside of the Packers.

Minnesota was injury plagued beyond belief last year and appear to have an offense ready to take another step forward in 2021. The Kirk Cousins jokes will continue but the Vikings will be dangerous regardless of what goes down with the Packers.

Even so, Green Bay has a loaded roster, a coach in Matt LaFleur who has gone 26-6 in his first two years, and they play in a not so great division at the present time.

If it's Jordan Love as QB1, he isn't going to be asked or expected to do everything from the jump for the Packers. Same thing goes if it's an outside option like Drew Lock (potential trade compensation) or any other number of names you can conjure up outside of Aaron Rodgers.

Losing No. 12 would be devastating for the Packers and would certainly take them out of being a for sure Super Bowl contender. But don't exaggerate the reality, Green Bay's roster is really good, the division isn't and the scheme in place by LaFleur is great. The Packers will make the playoffs no matter who is under center in 2021.
