During the Carolina Panthers' matchup with the Green Bay Packers in Week 10, defensive end Gerald McCoy made a great play on the goal-line to prevent Jamaal Williams from scoring a touchdown.

With only two seconds remaining in the 2nd quarter, the Packers elected to try to punch it in for a touchdown on 1st & Goal. The stop that McCoy made ultimately ended the first half and forced Green Bay to come away with no points on the drive at all.

Heading into the end of the first half, the Panthers still trailed 14-10 but that deficit was certainly more manageable to overcome than 21-10.

So far this season, McCoy has recorded 19 total tackles, 4 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, and 5 quarterback hits. It has been a productive 2019 campaign for McCoy after spending the first nine seasons of his career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
