The L.A. Clippers remain very active on the NBA free agency market. While this player was not pulled from the free agency pool, the signing of guard Milos Teodosic from Europe was an important move for the Clippers.

Teodosic signed a two-year, $12.6 million deal with the Los Angeles franchise and is expected to be the back-up guard to Patrick Beverley, who came to the Clippers in the Chris Paul trade. Speaking of Beverley, there is a strange connection Beverley shares with Teodosic.

Other than both of them being point guards, Beverley also stated that he used Teodosic's name as a hotel alias. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, Beverley stated that Teodosic might be the best passer in the NBA right now, even though the Serbian guard has not played a single minute for an NBA franchise.

Teodosic is finally coming overseas after years and years of speculation. There were a lot of teams interested in his services, and due to the low level of the Serbian media, a lot of misinformation was being thrown out there. There was a falsely reported deal with the Bulls which was refuted very quickly after the Serbian media blown up the story.

However, this deal seems to be final and there is a lot of excitement about the Euroleague legend joining the NBA.
