The New England Patriots won their sixth Super Bowl in their franchise's history in 2018. Recently, the team received their Super Bowl rings and this year's looks better than the others according to some.
Rob Gronkowski announced his retirement from the NFL this offseason but he still received his ring with the team. Karen Guregian of the Boston Herald asked Gronkowski about this year's ring and said that this year's ring is the “biggest, baddest one“.
This will likely be Gronkowski's last ring with the Patriots as a player. Although, there have been rumors that are leading people to believe that the All-Pro tight end could return at some point this season.
Since then, Gronkowski nixed the idea that he could return and that he plans to remain retired. Nonetheless, he's going out with a bang by getting his third ring with the franchise.
The Patriots official Twitter account released pictures of the new Super Bowl rings. After seeing them, it's hard to argue with Gronkowski on how nice these rings look.

The rings themselves have six huge diamonds to represent all six of the Patriots Lombardi trophies. It also shows the score of last year's Super Bowl and the players' names and numbers.
The Patriots continue to tear through the league led by Tom Brady and Bill Belichick. As long as those guys are there, there's a decent chance we see them playing in another Super Bowl.
In 2019, New England will be looking to add another ring to their collection without Gronkowski—for now.
