Maybe there is no tension between New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and Bill Belichick, but there's apparently an issue with the coach and the gunslinger's trainer.

As recently reported, Belichick isn't exactly a fan of Brady's guru trainer. Despite Tom Brady claiming the guy has helped him age at the speed of a turtle, the coach prefers if the trainer stays away from the team completely.

When asked about the supposed rift between the trainer and his head coach, Brady dodged the question as best he could.

“I don’t have any comment on that other to say Alex (the trainer) is a big part of what I do. I am fortunate to have him,” Brady said on WEEI.

That's the complete opposite of what Adam Schefter of ESPN reported.

“I’ve heard whispers about that sort of thing, as well. There’s some sort of issue,” Schefter said. “I truly do not know the extent of it. I don’t know how long it has been brewing or the history of it. Clearly, there’s something there, but I don’t know what to make of it. . . . I just know that the Guerrero thing has been an issue at some point this season. It has come up. It is not the first time it has been brought to my attention.”

To be Camp Crystal Lake clear: Even if Bill Belichick has an issue with the trainer, it doesn't inherently mean there's tension between the coach and the signal-caller.
