Washington Wizards superstar point guard John Wall was watching the New Orleans Pelicans-Wizards game when Pelicans big man Jaxson Hayes threw down a monster slam.

Wall, a student of the game, was impressed but not surprised by the play. John knows Jaxson Hayes has some crazy hops.

Hayes entered Friday averaging 7.3 points and 4.1 rebounds for the Pelicans in 60 games. He's an athletic rim roller who has a lot of potential. Hopefully, the Pelicans develop him the right way moving forward.

As for Wall, he'll be back dunking on people in 2020-21. The former No. 1 overall pick is still making his way back from Achilles surgery, but the latest videos indicate Wall's recovery is going very well.
