Lonzo Ball and Zion Williamson continue to give New Orleans Pelicans fans a glimpse of their exciting future as a complementary duo.

The pair connected on a spectacular alley-oop from past half court on Sunday afternoon against the Houston Rockets. Ball snared a rebound away from Rockets guard Daniel House and immediately looked up the floor to see Zion streaking in transition. Ball hardly hesitated in throwing the ball up to let the big man go get it, and Williamson finished the play with authority:

The Pelicans are on a roll since Williamson made his debut against the San Antonio Spurs on Jan. 22. After dropping a pair of tightly-contested games against the Spurs and Denver Nuggets, the Pelicans have won three straight, including a 28-point blowout of the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday.

For his part, Williamson seems to improve with each contest. The former Duke star entered Sunday's contest averaging 19.2 points and 7.8 rebounds, and he is already beginning to play closer to 30 minutes per game.

Ball's court vision and Williamson's athleticism should make for some spectacular highlights with the Pelicans moving forward, if Sunday afternoon is any indication.
