Ahead of Game 7 as the Philadelphia Phillies take on the Arizona Diamondbacks, star Bryce Harper wore a basketball jersey pre-game that caught the attention of 76ers' Patrick Beverley.

Harper was wearing a Beverley jersey in true “Brotherly Love” fashion as the 76ers star took to social media to express his pleasure upon seeing the image. He called Harper a “legend” on his X (formerly known as Twitter) account as he reposted an image by the user “@LegionHoops” with over 700,000 followers.

With a lot of players to choose from on the 76ers like Joel Embiid, James Harden, Tyrese Maxey, Harper chose Beverley who has been well-known in the NBA as being one of the toughest players in the whole association. Besides wearing it for fun, one could assume he's showing love to his fellow Philadelphia team as the 76ers open the season on the road this Thursday as they face the Milwaukee Bucks.

While it's fun now, Harper and the rest of the Phillies have their eyes set on the Diamondbacks in the NLCS as they're at a Game 7 after leading the series early 2-0. The Phillies have shown to be arguably the most exciting team in the postseason due to their offensive fireworks thanks to Harper, Nick Castellanos, Kyle Schwarber and others. So far in the postseason, Harper has recorded 12 hits, 14 runs, five home runs, eight runs batted in (RBIs), and has walked 13 times.

They're trying to reach the World Series back-to-back years and if they can do it, they'll face the Texas Rangers who just recently beat the Houston Astros.
