The Detroit Pistons are getting the wheels in motion this off-season.

After being swept by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the playoffs, the team looks to build chemistry as they aim higher than last year's eight-seed.

Center Andre Drummond recently shared pictures from his Instagram account wherein he and his fellow teammates are team building by doing yoga on the beach, field workouts, and the usual pre-season practices.

Certainly a much less intense approach from last season's team building when they went to a UFC Training facility while vacationing in Las Vegas.

If you were wondering what exercises they did to build trust, what better than the old army ‘carry a fallen brother' workout?

And up we go, you better not drop me.

Of course we couldn't expect all work and no play, as Drummond and new acquisition Boban Marjanovic met Sylvester Stallone, the one and only “Rocky”. In his words, here's some advice that may help them through the ups and downs of a long 82-game regular season.

“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it.

You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!” —Rocky Balboa

Here's hoping that the young Pistons take inspiration from meeting one of the greats of the big screen.
