Detroit Pistons big man Andre Drummond collected his 30th game with 15 points and 15 rebounds in Sunday's 131-108 victory over the Chicago Bulls. According to NBA.com, the last player to record two consecutive seasons with 30 or more 15-point/15-rebound games was Kevin Garnett.

Drummond logged 30 minutes in Sunday's matchup, scoring 16 points on 6-of-6 shooting from the field, 15 rebounds and one assist.

The Pistons pulled away from the Bulls in the third quarter. In fact, by the end of the frame, Detroit held a 103-80 advantage and finished the game with a season-high 34 assists.

“We got into a good rhythm and we were hitting shots,” Drummond told ESPN during his post-game media availability. “We were making them make mistakes, because they were trying to blitz us and we were swinging the ball and taking the best shots possible.”

For the Pistons, it was their fifth straight win. Furthermore, Detroit has won 12 of their last 14, which has given the team a half-game lead over the Brooklyn Nets for the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference standings.

“That was huge, because we're playing in Brooklyn tomorrow and then we go to Miami,” Pistons head coach Dwane Casey told ESPN. “We're not in a position to use what they are calling load management to give our players a night off, so being able to sit them in the fourth is a bonus.”

Drummond and the Pistons will be back in action on Monday night when they'll face the Nets inside the Barclays Center. Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. ET.
