As a father, you'd want nothing but your son to succeed in life and this is certainly the case for LaVar Ball and his three talented kids. With that said, it's been a good couple of weeks for the Ball Family. Just over two weeks ago, LaMelo, the youngest of the three Ball siblings, got picked as the third overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft by the Charlotte Hornets.

On Thursday, news broke that LaVar's middle child, LiAngelo Ball, had signed a one-year, non-guaranteed contract with the Detroit Pistons.

Expectedly, LaVar had nothing but total elation upon hearing the news. The ever-outspoken CEO of Big Baller Brand had five simple words to perfectly sum up all his emotions.

“PROUD! We're just getting started.” Ball tweeted (via ESPN).

It's been quite a tough journey for LaVar's kids as each of them seemingly carving their own path towards the NBA.

Lonzo, the eldest of the three, has obviously doing his thing with the New Orleans Pelicans. The 2017 second overall pick has blossomed into a reliable all-around point guard in his debut stint in the Big Easy. Now, the two incoming Balls have an opportunity to prove that Lonzo isn't the only Ball who can ball out in the NBA and eyes are locked on the 22-year-old LiAngelo who hasn't had quite the smoothest of rides in his basketball career.

It's not everyday you have a set of brothers in the league all at once, let alone three and the Balls are looking to take full advantage of their unique situation. Surely, no father can be prouder than LaVar at this very moment.
