PSG star Neymar has enjoyed a decorated career across Europe with some of the biggest clubs on the globe. After winning countless trophies at Barcelona in the early to mid-2010s, the Brazilian is now enjoying life at PSG. But, he has eyes set on another continent before it's all said and done.

Neymar was recently asked if he'd like to play in Brazil again and instead of saying yes, he expressed a desire to play in the MLS in the future. Via ESPN:

“I don't know. I have some doubts about that. I don't know if I'll play in Brazil again.

“I'd love to play in the U.S., actually. I'd love to play there at least for a season.”

Every year, more and more players from overseas are bringing their talents to the MLS. The likes of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, David Beckham, and Frank Lampard have previously played in the States. Recently, Xherdan Shaqiri and Douglas Costa signed with Major League Soccer teams. Neymar clearly wants to do the same one day.

The biggest appeal is living in America. It's a whole different vibe than Europe. Neymar is under contract at PSG until 2025 and he's not exactly the same lethal player of the past. The 29-year-old also just missed substantial time due to injury. If Neymar does eventually make a move to the MLS, he would follow in the footsteps of the legendary Brazilian Pele, who played for the New York Cosmos for two seasons.

But for now, Neymar will be focused on helping PSG win the Champions League this season. They currently hold a 1-0 advantage on aggregate in the Round of 16 against Real Madrid.
