PUBG: New State is the latest battle royale from the game franchise that started it all. New State’s release builds on the success of the mobile version of PUBG. Krafton’s PUBG Studio announced no official release date for the new game but there’s something exciting coming for mobile players. PUBG: New State launches on Alpha sometime in Q2 2021 for specific countries. Players get to try out an early build of the game up until June 30, 2021.

PUBG: NEW STATE OF TESTING

PUBG fans around the world eagerly await the release of New State but it’s still a ways away. The developers behind New State slowly cultivate a proper plan to hype up the game. Recently, the pre-registration numbers for PUBG: New State reached over 10,000,000 registrants. The lucky people that registered receive a permanent vehicle skin.

“We’re happy to report that we’ve hit over 10 million PUBG: New State pre-registrations on Google Play. We’re humbled by the community’s overwhelming response and can’t wait to share our new battlegrounds experience with you later in 2021.”

New State takes place in the year 2051. It’s a fresh take on the modern-day PUBG setting. The game promises brand new mechanics that will shake up mobile battle royales. The game allegedly includes drones, ballistic shields, vehicles, and other innovations. Players can utilize combat rolls as well as customize their weapons. Unfortunately for iPhone users, no pre-registrations are available on the Apple App Store at this time.

PUBG: New State comes out sometime in 2021 for both Android and iOS. Multiple games succeeded in capitalizing on the battle royale genre but that has only resulted in stale takes on the game. Hopefully, New State continues the trend of creative twists on a stagnating video game movement. Stay tuned to PUBG’s official Twitter account for updates on the game’s official release and which countries will get lucky enough to try out the game before anybody else.
