The Las Vegas Raiders announced their week 7 inactive list and Darren Waller is officially out for their matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. Throughout the weekend Waller was listed as questionable due to an ankle injury that he suffered in Friday's practice.

This is a tough blow for the Raiders as they will be without their top receiving threat against a tough Eagles team. On the year Waller leads the franchise with 33 receptions for 378 yards and two touchdowns. The Raiders are going to desperately miss his production today.

Per Adam Schefter, “Waller who was added to the injury report Saturday with the ankle injury ‘doesn't feel great.'”

The Raiders have a bye week coming up, which is good news for them and Darren Waller. This will allow him more time to get healthy as they face the Giants on the road on November 7th.

In his absence, Foster Moreau is in line for added opportunities in the Raiders Week 7 contest.

This was a surprising injury as this was not on the injury report until Saturday. Waller attempted to practice during warm-ups today to determine whether he felt good enough to play and he did not.

This was already going to be a tough matchup for the Raiders as Philadelphia has one of the best pass defenses in all of football.

Las Vegas will keep an eye out on Waller and hope that he can return sometime soon. They are in first place in the AFC West sitting at 4-2. They desperately need Waller back for a playoff push.
