The Antonio Brown era with the Oakland Raiders has officially come to an end less than six months after the team traded for him. Brown has had quite the series of events unfold during his short stay with the Raiders.

The drama began with Brown showing up to training camp in a hot-air balloon to the dismay of Jon Gruden. Shortly after that, the dramatic receiver began missing practices for a mysterious injury to his feet. It was found out that he had gotten frostbitten feet due to a cryotherapy mishap.

That was just the beginning of the circus that began to unfold in Oakland. While recovering from his frostbitten feet, Brown was also refusing to practice until he was able to wear the helmet he wanted to.

The veteran receiver filed two grievances against the NFL for not allowing him to wear the helmet he's worn since coming into the NFL in 2010. Of course, he lost both of them but he ended up getting an endorsement deal out of it.

Then, the team handed Brown a fine for the practices he missed in training camp and things quickly went downhill. The 31-year-old wideout got into an altercation with GM Mike Mayock over the fine and was nearly suspended.

Oakland announced that he would play on Monday but that didn't last long either. On Friday night, the team sent Brown another fine for ‘conduct detrimental to the team' for his incident with Mayock.

As a result of the fine, the nearly $30 million in guaranteed money that Brown was owed was nullified. Brown responded by posting a video of a recorded phone call that he had with Gruden on Youtube of all places. On Saturday morning, Brown demanded his release from the team.

Correspondingly, the Raiders decided to appease to his demands and released him.

There will be teams interested in the talented receiver but he will bring a ton of baggage with him.
