After spending the start of his career with the Denver Broncos, current Oakland Raiders linebacker Brandon Marshall is ready to go against his old team. Marshall said on “Up To The Minute” that he can't wait to play against his former team and it's something he daydreams about every day.

“Oh, I daydream about it every day,” Marshall said on Up to the Minute, “Every day. I can't wait. It's not going to take long for me to see my old teammates, see my old organization. I can't wait, you know. I think it's going to be a hell of a game. I see us winning. I told some guys, I went back to Denver not too long ago, I told some of those guys that we was going to beat them.”

The Broncos released Marshall with a couple of years left on his contract, and that has given him some extra motivation. He only signed a one year deal with the Raiders so he has a lot to prove to the Raiders and the rest of his league that he still belongs in the league, and should be offered a long term deal.

Marshall has been impressed with the guys the Raiders have brought in and think they should help bring a winning attitude back to the team.

“I've won a lot,” Marshall said in a video released by the Raiders. “I've been to two Super Bowls. I know what it takes to win. I know what types of habits it takes to win, and the details, the small details that are extremely important. You know, I know the mindset you need to have and the camaraderie that the team needs to win. I have experience in all that. I know some of the guys we brought over, Trent Brown and Antonio Brown, those guys can also attest to a winning culture, so we will get this thing going in the right direction.”

Nothing would be sweeter for Marshall and the Raiders than a week one victory over the Broncos.
