The Las Vegas Raiders have a new head coach in Josh McDaniels. This franchise is heading into an exciting offseason. However, Rich Bisaccia proved to be an incredible interim coach for Las Vegas and received much praise from his players. Even so, Maxx Crosby and Hunter Renfrow want everyone to know they still respect Bisaccia and McDaniels equally.

According to ESPN, after the Raiders showed support for Rich Bisaccia, stars Maxx Crosby and Hunter Renfrow want it clear they didn't mean to take a shot at Josh McDaniels. Here's what Crosby had to say:

“Obviously, we're going to be attached to certain people. There are certain people that are special that you get to meet. So, yeah, Rich, no matter what, if he's here or gone or whatever, doesn't matter, I'm going to always love him. So, yeah, coach McDaniels has nothing to do with him.”

Furthermore, the Raiders receiver Hunter Renfrow backed up Crosby's take on Bissacia and McDaniels, claiming, “It almost feels like you're losing a teammate. We cared a lot about him and are very thankful for him, but you can't hold that against McDaniels. We're excited and I don't think there's any turmoil.”

Clearly, the Raiders will miss their former head coach, as Bisaccia miraculously helped lead Las Vegas to the postseason. The roster will forever be grateful, however, it's time to shift the attention to Josh McDaniels. The former New England Patriots offensive coordinator is getting a second chance to be a head coach and the franchise is hopeful it works out for the best.

Look for the Raiders to remain competitive, as McDaniels aims to prove he can be a head coach in the NFL. It'll be interesting to see how the offseason plays out, but Las Vegas should feel good about their current situation.
