There is a reason why movies use fake phone numbers. Although most people know that numbers projected on screens are just made up, there are still some who will try calling it. This is the same reason why Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch’s phone is smoking and probably close to exploding right now.

In a recent tweet quoting the Skittles Twitter account, Lynch revealed what seems to be his own phone number while asking a certain Marcos Menendez to contact him.

Why would Marshawn Lynch want to speak with a random dude like Menendez?

See, the tweet that Lynch referenced contains a video teaser for a Skittles Super Bowl commercial which said that only one person can lay his eyes on that commercial. That lucky person is Menendez. Lynch obviously wants to see the commercial after getting his interest piqued, which explains why he is out there hunting for Menendez.

It goes without saying that Lynch would have preferred spending his time during the Super Bowl playing in it instead of watching commercials from his couch. Unfortunately for Lynch, the Raiders did not even make it to the playoffs, finishing the regular season just third in the AFC West with a 6-10 record.

Lynch and the Raiders will look to turn things around next season with the help of a new head coach in Jon Gruden.

Lynch, who came out of retirement to sign a two-year, $9 million deal with Oakland last year, rushed for 891 yards and seven touchdowns for the Raiders this season.
